Marie-José van Hoof
My passion lies in meeting and guiding people on their life paths — through their themes, transitions, and challenges. I enjoy breaking down complex problems into smaller, manageable pieces that lead to simple, sustainable solutions that work in everyday life. I bring this approach into diagnostics and therapy, where mindfulness, empathy, and compassion meet rational analysis, fostering better mental health and a more fulfilling life. Both nature and culture serve as major sources of inspiration for me — see About Us and the iMindU Academy.
Having lived in several countries, I am familiar with the cultural, linguistic, and practical challenges that expats and repats often face — as well as the identity issues and sense of loss that can come with leaving familiar environments.
I offer various forms of psychotherapy, pharmacotherapy, personal therapy (“training therapy”), and coaching.
